We happily accept returns if you are not happy with your order. We also offer the option to exchange any item(s) in your mystery boxes that you are not happy with. To avoid this if there are any teams, brands or items that you do not want to receive then please leave a note on the purchase.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 2 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cspeakeevintage@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will look into this for you.

Yes we do! We ship worldwide. The price varies between £15-£20 depending on the country. Shipping times also vary from country to country.
Can I request to not receive certain teams?
Yes of course. There would be nothing worse than receiving a team from your arch rival! Leave in the text box at checkout stating which teams/ leagues you want us to avoid.

The rugby mystery box is fantastic, this is the second time I have got my reigns keen nephew one. The first mystery box had a rugby shirt in and the most recent one an outdoor training jacket. My nephew was very pleased with both! Thank you!

Accidentally ordered the S sized box, realised it really late (just after the dispatch email), but customer service was absolutely fantastic to correct something that was my fault. And then go above and beyond to make sure I was happy!

the quality of the product is class. i am living in the stuff i buy. But since it is feedback i would just like to say that my experience with the app is definitely not the easiest as i get confused on what i do and how i change things. obviously that could just be me being thick. And if it is i would really appreciate a reply on how to change it so i stop getting welsh tops even though how amazing they are. But other then that it is an amazing business and i am glad i can be apart of it
